Our team has been working hard to reach our goal of 1,944 community service hours through various service projects across the region in honor of our founding year, 1944. We are happy to announce that we have contributed 724 service hours towards our goal!
Our service project for April benefited Manna Food Pantries, a client of the firm. During Helping Hands Happy Hour, 20 Saltmarsh employees were able to sort over 1,000 lbs. of cans and non-perishable items. Additionally, we were able to package 244 lentil casseroles that have the capability to feed over 700 people in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
We are not only grateful for the opportunity to contribute to our communities in honor of our 75th Anniversary but we look forward to developing lasting relationships with these charitable organizations far after our anniversary year.
Manna Food Pantries offers services to individuals and families who face hunger challenges in the Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Every month they are able to provide meals for over 900 families with the help of volunteers and donations through programs such as Stamp Out Hunger and Fill the Mayflower.
