Saltmarsh Announces Internal Promotions 2024

We’re proud to announce the following internal promotions as of July 1, 2024!

Manager

Thomas Manteiga, EA: He started with us in 2022 and is an integral part of our Tampa team. Thomas has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in the construction industry. Working with construction companies, Thomas revels in the opportunity to find tax savings in the complex interaction of project finance and tax accounting methods. He leads the Next Gen group in Tampa and is a member of our Diversity and Inclusion committee.

Supervisors

Katherine Creel: She started with us in 2020 and has become an amazing role model the Saltmarsh Family! Katherine is heavily involved in her community, serving on the board of directors for the Junior League of Pensacola and the PACE Center for Girls Escambia-Santa Rosa. She believes it is important to ‘Embrace Change’ and be flexible in our ever-changing industry!

Rory Parr: He started with us in 2023 and is an incredible resource in our Tax & Accounting Services practice. Rory specializes in corporate taxation and his favorite fundamental is #28 ‘Be a Lifelong Learner’ because he believes that it is extremely important to continuously learn new topics and ideas to better serve clients.
