We are thrilled to share that director Stacey Craig, CPA, and senior manager, Cristine Torrefranca, CPA, have graduated from ConvergenceCoaching’s 2023 - 2024 Fall Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP).

The intensive one year program is designed to take future leaders to the next level of success in leading others within their firms. Throughout the program, participants strategized on firm growth and improvement plans while engaging in trainings designed to enhance their skills, boost confidence and prepare them to lead initiatives and advance into higher management roles. Participants also collaborated on client growth programs and identified strengths that will be essential in navigating the evolving accounting practice landscape.

“The TLP graduates are an exceptional group of emerging leaders, fueled by their firm’s investment in them and ready to take on new leadership roles in their firms,” said Tamera Loerzel, Partner at ConvergenceCoaching and TLP coach.

Stacey joined the firm in 2022 as a director in Tax & Accounting and is a graduate of James Madison University. She has been helping clients navigate complex tax issues and develop growth strategies since 2001. During her time at TLP, Stacey focused on creating processes to address client challenges and drive growth, including regional initiatives. Stacey is part of the ATHENA Orlando NexGen Class of 2024 and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

“Stacey has embraced this leadership program at the highest level. It has been truly a pleasure to see how it has made a real difference in her leadership of our people and the culture of our firm,” said Saltmarsh President, Lee Bell.

Cristine, a graduate of Arizona State University, joined Saltmarsh as a senior manager in Audit & Assurance in 2020. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in providing audit services to clients in the manufacturing, distribution and construction industries. While at TLP, Cristine focused on refining processes and strategically allocating resources to better support key industries. Cristine is a treasurer of the Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA) and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

“Cristine’s engagement in this leadership program is like everything she does - with energy and an infectiously positive attitude. In this, the team she leads is truly benefiting from her leadership growth through the TLP,” said Bell.

Congratulations Stacey & Cristine!
