Service Spotlight: Back-To-School Supply Drive

Throughout July, we got in the back-to-school spirit with a school supply drive benefiting the Guardian ad Litem circuits in our local areas!

With the help of our generous team members, clients and communities, we provided 80 children across the state with the necessary supplies to start this school year out strong. Thank you to everyone that helped to make our school supply drive a success. Your kindness and generosity will bring a smile to these young faces as they return to school with a new backpack filled with all their essentials!

Guardian ad Litem is a state-sponsored program that advocates in dependency court proceedings for children that have been removed from their homes due to abuse, abandonment or neglect. GAL volunteers are the eyes and ears of a child and are by their side until they are placed into a safe and loving home. With the dedication of more than 10,000 volunteers, GAL represented 39,792 children in the state of Florida in 2018.
