Saltmarsh Financial Advisors Hosts Redefining Investment Advice Event in Pensacolawith Weston Wellington of Dimensional Fund Advisors

Saltmarsh Financial Advisors was honored to welcome Weston Wellington, a Vice President of Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) as the featured guest speaker for the first of a series of educational investment-focused events the firm will host across the state of Florida.

In his presentation “Redefining Investment Advice”, Wellington guided the audience through cases when investment predictions went awry and how risky investment advice can impact returns. He focused on what financial research identifies as the best source of investment returns and how to put it to use. Wellington noted that Dimensional is not just a group of financial advisors, but instead the manufactures of materials that help guide financial advisors to build the framework that best serves their clients.
