A variety of hot topics will be discussed including Insider Threats, Employment Fraud, Trends & Risks in the SPAC Market, the Anatomy of a Fraud Investigation and Andrew's presentation on 'Healthcare Fraud Risks in Post-COVID World' which will cover:
- An overview of some of the compliance landscape and fraud risks facing healthcare providers in the post-COVID world
- A review of the CARES Act and COVID relief programs including the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), the Provider Relief Fund (PRF), the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC)
- A walkthrough of routine compliance risks for healthcare providers, including HIPAA, Starke/Anti-kickback and Medicare billing
- Time for Q&A
