As aspiring young professionals continue their journey towards graduation and beyond, we at Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund want to help them achieve their goals with Beacon, our exclusive 2-day summer leadership program for college students pursuing a career in public accounting.
The mission of Beacon is to contribute to the success of students and facilitate a smooth transition from the classroom to the office. This unique experience pairs fundamental leadership training with team building and out-of-office activities to offer a 360-degree view of what it’s like to be a part of the Saltmarsh team.
