Important COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates

3/12/2020 - By Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund

Updated 4/13/20 - As we learn more about the evolution and impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to assure our valued clients and friends that we are monitoring the situation closely. At this time, our main concern is for the health and safety of our clients, our employees and their families.

Effective Wednesday, March 18th, Saltmarsh will be operating primarily in a virtual working environment.

We are here to support you and are uniquely positioned to navigate a situation like this. Over the past several years, Saltmarsh has embraced technology that allows us to provide a “work from anywhere” environment for our team while maintaining the level of quality and service our clients have come to expect. As a result, our professionals are fully equipped and trained to work remotely, and you can count on us to remain available and in communication.

A small number of employees will work from our offices for critical functions (mail, scanning documents, etc.), but we ask that you help us leverage phone/video calls and email during this time.

In addition to being able to serve you efficiently and effectively through remote capabilities as needed, know that we are here to help you with your own remote working environment, and have a robust team dedicated for this. Please contact Stephen Reyes, Information Technology shareholder for assistance.

CLIENT MEETINGS & OFFICE VISITS

At this time our office locations remain open. However, we encourage clients to use our secure online portal to submit documents electronically. Contact your Saltmarsh professional to discuss the best option for electronic document submission. Alternatively, we ask that you mail or overnight documents to your local Saltmarsh office.

In-person meetings will be rescheduled with conference calls or other electronic communication tools. If you need to reschedule a meeting, please contact any member of your Saltmarsh service team
