Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund is pleased to announce that Ruggiero, Martinez & Norton, P.A., of Winter Park, Florida will be merging with the firm effective January 1, 2024.

Lou Martinez, CPA, accompanied by the team of Ruggiero, Martinez & Norton (RM&N) professionals, will join Saltmarsh in Orlando and continue to serve clients from their Winter Park office. Formed in 1989, the RM&N team brings decades of dedicated service to the Central Florida community, providing tax, accounting and estate planning services to businesses and individuals.

The combined firm will have about 175 employees and offer accounting, audit/assurance, tax, wealth advisory and many specialized consulting services to clients throughout the U.S. and overseas.
