Andrew Kent, Esq., CVA, CHCShareholder

Andrew is a shareholder and leader of the post-acute and long-term care Healthcare practice group at Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund. In this capacity he assists a wide variety of providers with issues including reimbursement, regulatory compliance, financial analysis and operational consulting. Outside of healthcare, Andrew has a passion for helping small businesses and attorneys tackle complex problem, working as an advisor on issues including complex litigation, dispute advisory, economic damages, and business valuation. Andrew holds the Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) credentials, and has both a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Florida. He began his professional career in the practice of law with one of Florida’s leading law firms. Andrew also has extensive experience as a principal in, and consultant to, businesses serving the construction and real estate industries.
