Currently, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work from one of our offices in Tampa, Orlando or Pensacola, FL who wants to join a firm that fosters both personal and professional development and supports the drive for advancement.
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Saltmarsh’s recruiting processes and related programs. They also work closely with hiring managers and firm leadership to oversee the management of candidates within the firm’s applicant tracking system, including sourcing qualified candidates, facilitating interviews, and submitting offer specifics for creation of the employment offer. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage regional campus recruitment plan in collaboration with firm leadership.
- Manage all phases of a candidate’s progression throughout the recruiting process, from sourcing to screening and completion of the interview process in the firm’s applicant tracking system.
- Act as primary point of contact, enhancing a candidate’s opinion of the firm by providing an inclusive portrait of our culture, business and benefits.
- Create job requisitions for all open opportunities within the firm’s applicant tracking system.
- Maintain a network of professional relationships to support experienced hiring and campus recruiting initiatives.
- Coordinate the submission and creation of offer materials.
- Recruit on college campuses and online to fill entry-level positions and internship opportunities.
- Implements sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Select and train internal representatives to participate in the firm’s hiring/recruiting efforts.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends; Continually evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Manage, report and intervene as necessary to ensure budget compliance.
- Supports HR with various aspects of the employee on-/off-boarding process and other duties as needed.

- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum two years of work experience in administrative or recruiting capacity, preferably in professional services.
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS) required.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results (high volume / high quality candidates).
- Capacity to effectively manage projects and tasks with superior prioritization and attention to detail while adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and creativity.
- Excellent time management skills, specifically relating to completion of appropriate follow-through and proactively communicating updates to those involved.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills; Detail-oriented, yet able to analyze and recommend alternatives.
- Service mindset with a focus on exhibiting a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality.
- Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated while still being a strong team player.
