Marissa Kaprow, CPADirector

Marissa is a director in the Audit & Assurance Services practice of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She began her audit career in 2013 as an intern with Ruggiero, Martinez & Norton and advanced to principal prior to the firm merging with Saltmarsh in January 2024. Marissa specializes in providing audit services in the construction industry and has also served clients in medical, rental and professional services. She has over a decade of experience working with small and mid-size construction companies including general contractors and subcontractors with both tax and audit services. She also has experience working in a variety of administrative positions in family owned companies, which allows her to talk to business owners as someone who has experience beyond an outside accountant and can speak their language.
