Maddie is the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She manages the firm’s recruiting programs and cultivates strategic partnerships to position Saltmarsh as an employer of choice for top talent. Maddie also leads campus recruiting initiatives, including the firm’s summer leadership experience and internship programs, which provide valuable learning and professional development opportunities for emerging professionals. Additionally, she serves as the primary liaison between hiring managers, external agencies, and the firm’s university partners.
