Lynn is a senior consultant in the Financial Institution Advisory Group at Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She has over 26 years of experience in the financial institution industry and specializes in regulatory compliance and loan origination compliance. Lynn assists the firm’s banking and credit union clients with loan compliance, operational reviews, and implementing policies and procedures to meet business and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Lynn was the senior director of regulatory compliance at a national mortgage lending firm where she created system user acceptance scenarios related to regulatory compliance for mortgage origination and servicing.
