Kane Norton, CPADirector

Kane is a director in the Tax & Accounting Services practice of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She began her career in public accounting in 1995 and became a shareholder at Ruggiero, Martinez & Norton in 2005. She spent over 18 years in this role before the firm merged with Saltmarsh in January 2024. Kane’s primary areas of focus include providing tax services in the trust & estate, professional services and real estate industries. Kane says that Saltmarsh Fundamental #7 “Practice Empathy With Others” best describes her approach to service because empathy allows her to look at her job from the client’s perspective and try to make the experience as painless as possible.
