As Director of Firm Development & Communications for Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund, Jayme is responsible for the direction and success of all corporate marketing and communications, recruiting, and talent development programs. Focused on supporting execution of the firm’s growth plan, she collaborates with our team and firm leadership to develop strategies impacting firm growth, culture, team development, and engagement.
Since joining Saltmarsh in 2012, Jayme has served in different roles supporting firm development and business-to-business marketing initiatives. Her top-rated strengths include communication, strategic thinking, brand management, leadership development, and coaching.
